Michelle achieved automatic qualification for the 3000m steeplechase this evening with the 2nd fastest time ever by an Irish steeplechaser, taking 9 seconds off her personal best with 9:29.25 in Finland 
A huge achievement to qualify for The Olympics again and we are so proud of all you have achieved to date
