Female Volunteers Needed!

On behalf of Kanturk Credit Union’s Nominations Committee, I write this post to ask you to join us as a volunteer. We are actively seeking passionate and dedicated female volunteers who are eager to contribute to the governance and strategic direction of our credit union, and to support our local community.

Volunteer Roles:

1. Board of Directors: Meeting monthly, the Board makes key decisions on governance, strategy, financial performance, and products/services for members.

2. Board Oversight Committee: This committee reviews the Board’s performance and ensures compliance with governance responsibilities.

Experience/Qualifications Needed:

Volunteers must be financially sound, competent, and act with integrity. Relevant experience or skills are beneficial but not essential as training will be provided. All skills and backgrounds are valued as representative of our community.
