To reactivate a dormant account you will need to provide us with the following :
Photo ID - Active Drivers License / Passport
Proof of Address - Utility Bill / Bank Statement (dated within the previous 6 months)
Proof of PPS Number - Social Services Card / Payslip
Carry out a transaction - lodgement / withdrawal
Accounts go dormant if there is no transaction on a members account within a 3 year period
